Appointments are pointless here. My truck was damaged and not fixed properly. I have yet to bring it back to be fixed again due to covid but I’m not confident it will be done right the second time. I walked into the service area and flagged someone down to ask about my car. my car was already parked on the lot. I brought my previous Equinox in about 4 or 5 times back in 2019 for oil consumption tests. I had to come looking for my car on at least 3 of those trips also. More
