Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.

Everyone was very nice and treated me professionally. My only gripe is that it took 12 days and I had to call after 8 days without hearing a word. I was given a pretty nice Equinox as a loaner though. More
