first of all we made the appointment 2 weeks in advance it took the service department 2 and 1/2 hours to do a oil change and rotate the tires we were told it would cost $69.95 when the bill came it wa it took the service department 2 and 1/2 hours to do a oil change and rotate the tires we were told it would cost $69.95 when the bill came it was $80.00 your prices are more than i pay at another dealership i have bought 4 trucks from them i think you over book for service the tire pressure was wrong tires were not even pressure should have been 35 psi 2 of them were at 45 2 were at 37 psi i feel the service was bad we called the service mgr for 2 days he never returned any calls More
I had a 7:45 appointment & was the second vehicle in the shop that morning. I waited for just over two hours to have an oil change. That's not acceptable. Car was brought in for a check engine light because fuel gauge went to E. Technician said it was low battery. He charged the battery and said battery was good. Never checked why battery was low. Recall This was the 3rd time I have had my truck in for repair (2 for recalls and 1 for transmission issue). The previous visit I mentioned the recall I rea This was the 3rd time I have had my truck in for repair (2 for recalls and 1 for transmission issue). The previous visit I mentioned the recall I read about involving the brake issue and I was told my truck was not in the recall, although, it clearly stated 2019 Silverado's. Less than a week later, I received a call saying I needed to bring it in for a brake recall issue. When I brought it back they told me it would about 2 hours (computer reboot??). I left and they called me within 30 minutes. I understand you have maintenance schedules you are trying to manage, but my time is also valuable. The brake issue could clearly have been done during the previous visit if the time would have been taken to verify the issue while it was already in the shop. More
