Thank you for your feedback, Basil. We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent visit. Our normal wait time for the oil change package is 90 minutes, but there can be additional delays depending on how busy we are at the time of service. Delays are largely due to customers coming in for service without appointments. At the time of scheduling your appointment, you should have been informed that the price of the oil change package for your vehicle is $69.95 plus taxes and fees (which brought you to $80). We apologize if this was not properly communicated to you. We are very competitively priced with other dealerships in the area and we hope your future visits will be more pleasant with us. If you would like us to adjust your tire pressure, please feel free to stop buy any time during normal Service Department business hours.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Kenton. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package and your air filter getting changed. Our normal wait time for the oil change service is 90 minutes and the air filter takes about 20-30 min to complete. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.

We did check all of the systems associated with charging your battery. The GR8 battery tester that we use to charge batteries also does a full system check after the battery is charged. Everything tested good with your vehicle after charging.
