Long wait. Smoke smell. The customer service people are friendly, knowledgable and apologetic. But the service takes too long. I was told 90 minutes. And I always have an appointment. They give you a free car wash, offer free donuts and water and they have HGTV on the TV which makes the time go by. But what I can't get over is the smoker's smell that lingered in my car the rest of the day. More
