Thank you for your feedback. We do understand your frustration and understand that your time is valuable. When scheduling the appointment, they should have informed you that the appointment being made was to meet with a service advisor. This is also reiterated in your reminder emails and when you met with the service advisor. Due to the high volume at the dealership, at times there is a wait for vehicles to be seen by our Journeymen. That being said, we are continually working to shorten this wait time for our customers and sincerely appreciate your business while we work to improve.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Sonja. We're very sorry to hear that you did not have the kind of experience with us that we strive to provide for our customers. We assure you that we truly do care about our customers and what is going on with their vehicles. We looked in to your history with us a little bit and did want to try to help with a few things. What Doug did not explain properly in regards to the nitro fill is that we recommend getting the nitro fill checked and topped off (if needed) about every six months. We did check your tires and top them off at your last visit. We reviewed the information that you provided regarding the auto-stop with your vehicle engaging when you stop your vehicle to park it. We understand that the auto-stop can be a bit confusing as it is a newer technology. It sounds like the system is operating normally, though. The vehicle doesn't know when you're stopping to park versus when you are stopping at a stop light. We do understand your concerns, though and would be happy to take a look. What seems to also have not been communicated properly is the recommendation to set another appointment. You would have been more than welcome to drop your vehicle off so we could look at the auto-stop feature, and ensure that it was working properly, but this repair would have needed to be looked at by a journeyman technician (a more highly trained mechanic). There is a delay to get work started by a journeyman so your vehicle repairs would not have been started until Monday or Tuesday even though you would be dropping it off on Thursday, because we do not have Journeyman technicians at the shop on the weekends. We recommend bringing your vehicle in early in the week so we can get your vehicle taken care of in the most efficient way possible.
