Completely forgotten about Brought our vehicle in at 11am to get routine services. Oil,transmission, differential changes. Spoke with the service manager and explained to him that my husband needed the truck back today because he worked tomorrow. Was told it would not be a problem. At 4pm we got a call saying it may be a bit longer. Once again we explained we needed the truck back tonight. Again was told it would be. We waited and waited at 6:15 we had to call because they closed in 15 minutes. Was told our service manager went home and the truck had been finished. No call no nothing. We arrive at 6:29 to find the doors locked. Since there were people inside we nocked on the door to be told they are closed. We explained our dilemma and they told us that the pay counter was already counted down. So we had to use our credit card to pay for $660 of service so it wouldn't effect their count down. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will be considering another dealership or service in the future. More

Poor Service Experience I scheduled a Saturday service appointment for 7:30 am more than a week in advance. Most of the service was routine (oil change, tire rotation) but I I scheduled a Saturday service appointment for 7:30 am more than a week in advance. Most of the service was routine (oil change, tire rotation) but I was also scheduled for a recall and an A/C problem diagnosis. AS I dropped it off the service adviser told me it was unlikely they would finish my vehicle that day because they "have a lot of work". When I asked why specifically my vehicle likely wouldn't be completed he pointed to a stack of work orders and said "we're still working on service orders from Wednesday". This is ridiculous. They shouldn't take scheduled appointments if they are already 2-3 days behind on service orders. They finished my vehicle late that afternoon, but probably only because I complained. What also was frustrating is the person at the service desk next to me did not have an appointment but was told they will work her in and get her vehicle back to her by 12:00 pm. What's the point of making an appointment if the adviser are going to treat you as if your work is a problem for them, but they also accommodate a walk-in with less hassle. This is not the first issue I've had at this dealership with poor communication and follow up from the service department. The staff is not consistently friendly with customers. More

Did not fix the problem There was a issue with my back up camera and infotainment screen. Had multiple pictures of the issue to show. Told me they could not figure it out and There was a issue with my back up camera and infotainment screen. Had multiple pictures of the issue to show. Told me they could not figure it out and wait till it happens again and bring it back without shutting off the truck. Happened the very next morning I drove the truck. Sorry I go to work before 6am. Not really a option for me to bring it back while the issue is going. More

Slow to service I had a service appt on Tuesday, they didn’t even look at my vehicle until Friday. Asked for a quote on some body work.. when I finally got my car bac I had a service appt on Tuesday, they didn’t even look at my vehicle until Friday. Asked for a quote on some body work.. when I finally got my car back an entire week later, the body work quote was completely overlooked and ignored. Had a safety recall attended to. Great staff and very clean facility.
