I am not ask I am going to have to spend over a $1000.00 to get my 2019 Trax fixed. Did not have intruction on how to fix scratches, so I made a mess. I am not asking for all of it to be paid, however, some help would be nice. I have bought two vehicles from Jim Butler, 2014 Sonic and 2019 Trax. Loved them both. There is two chips on my new Trax hood when I bought it and nothing could be done about it. My New Trax had 2500 miles and I still paid full price, and no Cruise Control, I just assumed that a 2019 would have it. I just feel sad I did not pay more attention. I know this may sound like I am venting, probably so, however, all of this does not make me feel very good. Maybe Next time I will bring one of male friends with me. Thank you, Carol Jackson More

The few times I have been there I will say there always has been some kind of issue usually I leave without any resolution because it’s not worth my time so I go about my day. I can say I have had better dealings at other dealerships who do go above and beyond. More

It came out to be around 500 bucks but the manager did take around 150 off the labor, it hasn't been a week and my light is back on in my truck and I am expected to take it back up there and most likely pay for a rental until they can look at it. I also had the headl Showed up for 2 of 3 recommended annual maintenance services. (Fuel & Transmission) *Note - I still had 30% engine oil life left. I also had the headlights with turning signal bulbs replaced (by my own choice) on front end of vehicle. Perhaps I should have checked before I left dealership service department but.... After I left later that evening/night I discovered that the engine oil gauge went from 30% earlier to 100% This was odd since I was not there for oil service, I also found that the fog lights no longer worked, and when I went into reverse, there was an error message on the rear camera screen indicating the rear assist symbols were unavailable. So, I had to make an appointment to question the oil percentage change which resulted in getting an oil change since the service department accidentally reset the oil percentage gauge. I was close to being due anyway so wasn't that big of a deal. It was a mistake; we all make them from time to time. Also, on the return appointment I expressed dis-satisfaction about losing the fog lights, and the error while in reverse. This was treated a bit differently, from my prospective this was clearly related to having front end lights worked on, and coincidentally I had issues the same day I left, so it had to be linked together. It was expressed to me that 'If' it was linked to work done that there would be no charge to fix it, if it was determined that it was un-related then I would be charged. This makes sense, but this is something that I don't do for a living, and even this was pretty clear that the issues had to be linked together. So, once it was checked out, it was indeed determined that the mechanic had left something unplugged that lead to the issues. Once the 'chain' was mended everything worked as it should. I was then a happy customer. Because I am mostly limited to weekends for maintenance work to be done, all of this actually took place on 3 different visits, 3 weeks in a row. Very frustrating. Between scheduled maintenance and elective bulb replacement, having mistakes done on both jobs makes me concerned of future dealings with this particular dealership. More
