We're sorry to hear that your visit with us took longer than expected for the oil change package (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point vehicle inspection and battery check). The normal wait time is 90 minutes, which starts at appointment time. We do try to get vehicles in early if they are dropped off early, but we have to respect other customers' appointments before you. We do understand that your time is valuable and we are constantly working to improve wait times. We hope that is reflected on your future visits with us.

I have better luck when i just drop in unannounced for the same service. I have never got scheduled oil chg, tire rotation, etc in 90 minutes at your dealership. that is a fact! Guess i'll just go to Jiffy lube or walmart from now on.

We actually helped you on labor costs by only charging your 4 hours of labor, when it was actually more than that. Additionally, you were only charged for 4 of the days of rental vehicle usage. If we could have helped more, we would have but GM was unable to provide additional assistance for the rental charges. This was all in an effort to help you with a situation that we understand is frustrating and largely out of our hands, as well. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand and share in your frustration over this matter. In the past, there has never been a problem with applying for the GM Card and getting the card number and expiration information the same day, to immediately use for the purchase. This is a change in the processing that we were not informed of and are just discovering as we are attempting to help customers at the dealership. We have expressed this frustration with GM and are waiting to hear back on a resolution to the situation for our customers. If we had known that this was a problem prior to your visit with us, we would have absolutely communicated the delay. We do recommend attempting to dispute the inquiry on your credit report, given the situation. If we could do that for you so you wouldn't have to bother with it, we would. We are waiting for a resolution from GM for this problem and we have repeatedly followed up with them on getting an answer. As soon as they provide us with one, we will reach back out to you to let you know. We do sincerely apologize that we were unaware that this was an issue and we understand that this is not your problem to have to deal with. If we could have avoided it completely, we would have.
