New tires Ordered new Michelin tires for my Silverado. Bill at Butler said it would be 2 to 3 hours and to get there at noon to 12:30. Got there at 12:30 and w Ordered new Michelin tires for my Silverado. Bill at Butler said it would be 2 to 3 hours and to get there at noon to 12:30. Got there at 12:30 and waited and waited and waited. At 5 pm I went to service and asked Bill what problem was . He said miscommunication between his supplier and him failing to tell me they were running 2 hours late. I got out of there after 6 pm. Butler is not set up to sell tires apparently! Never again for me😡😡Seems Butler could have sprang for tank of gas , car wash or something. Only off I got was at 5 pm from Bill that I could get loaner car and come back next day. I already wasted an entire day at Butler so why would I want to waste another day there! More
