Our usual wait for oil changes is 90 minutes and we are disappointed that it took longer than that. Your appointment was one of the last ones of the day, so coming in later may have resulted in us not being able to work on your vehicle at all. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Beverly. We are happy to clear up the confusion regarding your visit with us. The plug for the oil pan was stripped from your previous visits with Dobb's. We informed you that you would be able to get the repairs done here and take the bill to Dobb's for reimbursement. When Dobb's was contacted regarding this, they came and picked up the vehicle and did the repairs, as it was their fault that the problem occurred. We understand the frustration with the oil change coupon. We get frustrated with that as well, since we do not send those out; GM does. We have informed them that these coupons are problematic and we do apologize on their behalf. It is correct that we only use synthetic on your vehicle, because that is the kind of oil that it requires, per GM. The work that you had done on your vehicle took a total of 10.8 labor hours, at $145/hr. We're glad your warranty was able to cover some of that! The axel seals, axel boots, rear pinion seal and yoke, in addition to the time spent cleaning out contaminated fluids, took that majority of that time. We hope your next visit is a less expensive one for you!
