horrible I went in for a simple oil change and was told the plug had been put in to tight and said I needed a whole new oil pan and it would cost me $500.00. I went in for a simple oil change and was told the plug had been put in to tight and said I needed a whole new oil pan and it would cost me $500.00. I had my car towed to the place that had last done my oil change and they said it just needed a new plug!!!! Dobbs replaced the plug, done the oil change and even payed for my tow. I will never use Jim Butler again. PS I also had a coupon and they said GM printed them and they would not honor them and to notify GM. The coupon was for a $49.99 oil change (excluded synthetic) but that's all Jim Butler does!!!! One of the cashiers went in to talk to the service manager and he wouldn't even speak to me. Hope you print for all to see!!! More
Fast service and process was easy. Not probably under their control but over three quarters of my bill was labor. They did go over my vehicle with a fine tooth c and process was easy. They did go over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb and find everything they would need, but it seems a bit out of hand when i had a 1900 dollar bill for repairs and 1450 of it was for labor. More
