I also had the headlights with turning signal bulbs replaced (by my own choice) on front end of vehicle. Perhaps I should have checked before I left dealership service department but.... After I left later that evening/night I discovered that the engine oil gauge went from 30% earlier to 100% This was odd since I was not there for oil service, I also found that the fog lights no longer worked, and when I went into reverse, there was an error message on the rear camera screen indicating the rear assist symbols were unavailable. So, I had to make an appointment to question the oil percentage change which resulted in getting an oil change since the service department accidentally reset the oil percentage gauge. I was close to being due anyway so wasn't that big of a deal. It was a mistake; we all make them from time to time. Also, on the return appointment I expressed dis-satisfaction about losing the fog lights, and the error while in reverse. This was treated a bit differently, from my prospective this was clearly related to having front end lights worked on, and coincidentally I had issues the same day I left, so it had to be linked together. It was expressed to me that 'If' it was linked to work done that there would be no charge to fix it, if it was determined that it was un-related then I would be charged. This makes sense, but this is something that I don't do for a living, and even this was pretty clear that the issues had to be linked together. So, once it was checked out, it was indeed determined that the mechanic had left something unplugged that lead to the issues. Once the 'chain' was mended everything worked as it should. I was then a happy customer. Because I am mostly limited to weekends for maintenance work to be done, all of this actually took place on 3 different visits, 3 weeks in a row. Very frustrating. Between scheduled maintenance and elective bulb replacement, having mistakes done on both jobs makes me concerned of future dealings with this particular dealership. More

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment so that was not a cause for what i consider to be an excessively long time to complete the requested service. The service writer did apologize for the length of time it took but I have had this same problem the last several times i wanted similar service performed at this dealership. More
Took 7 days to complete 4.5 hours of labor I was honestly disappointed with my overall experience. My car just needed some minor services. It ended up being 4 hours of billed labor, but my car was in the shop for 7 days. They said there was a strike that was causing delays, which I can understand, but the dealership treated that as my problem. The fact that my car would be in the shop for 7 days for 4 hours of labor was just something I had to figure out. They weren’t willing to assist with the cost of a loaner car at all. That seemed a bit unreasonable in my opinion given the circumstances. I bought my current car from them and planned on buying my next there as well, but now I plan on looking elsewhere. More

My problem is the GM Credit process for same day purchases, and the lack of f Let me start off by saying Kim was great, and tried to solve the issues. My problem is the GM Credit process for same day purchases, and the lack of follow-up from the service manager as promised. I went in for an oil change on our Suburban and to check on tire pricing. Kim mentioned a $200 rebate if you sign up for a GM card and put the purchase on the card. I agreed, applied for the card, and was instantly provided a 15K credit line. Everything seemed fine, 5 hours later waiting for an oil change, tire change, recall and alignment, I go to pay using the GM card I was told to apply for for the $200 rebate. It turns out the system did not see it as a dealership Card Application, and due to that I was not able to use the card that day. So basically, by problems: 1. I would have gone to Firestone who had the plus version of the tires for $80 bucks cheaper if I would have known the hassle and lack of rebate. 2. The fact that GM does not have a solid process for applying and using a card same day when they promote and market it in dealership is terrible customer services. 3. The lack of follow through from the service manager, who had left while this issue was happening and stated they would follow-up the next day, but never did (we are now at 5 days later). 4. I now have the inquiry and card on my credit report, despite not being able to use it and really not needing it. I have always had great service from this dealership in the past, but now I am starting to question their commitment to make things right when issues actually happen. More
