Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The Fixed Operations Director and your previous Service Advisor both left you voicemails regarding your concerns, but did not hear back. We have not done any repairs to your vehicle, and have only done two oil changes in the last year. We are as concerned as you are that there was not anything in your radiator, but that sounds like a separate issue than something related to your oil changes.
