Unfortunately, with your ventilated seats being an off and on problem, the problem didn't happen when we had your vehicle. If we can't see anything going wrong, we can't fix it. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Roger. We understand that it is never fun to wait and we do apologize for the longer than usual wait time. Your visit would have indeed been much longer without an appointment that Friday of your visit. We had 84 appointments set and 56 people walked in without an appointment. All of those walk ins are of lower priority than those with an appointment. Another large cause of the delay in services was that it was 105 degrees outside and we were instructing our mechanics not to over exert themselves so they wouldn't get heat stroke. We can assure you that we did our absolute best to take care of you as quickly as possible. We hope your next visit goes better.

Thank you for your feedback, Vince. We're a little confused by your review, though. From your service information, your vehicle was actually worked on during your visit with us. We dropped the rear headliner, removed the third brake light and installed an insulator kit, then reinstalled everything, cleaned and dried the trunk and the headliner to fix the smell. After we did all that, we retested for the leak and confirmed that it was fixed. If the problem is still happening, please let us know. Well of course it was no charge to me its a brand new car with a warranty. If you did everything in your power i wouldnt of had to be towed back twice in ONE day. You would have taken my car in and looked at it before saying "we cant do anything because no codes are showing". Before sending me back out in a vehicle with transmission issues. The issue was the shifter cable which wouldn't throw codes anyways. What you could have done was at least look at it but you didnt therefor i stand by my reveiw. My mind will not change and if i ever buy another vehicle it will be one of your competitors i buy from. The best part about my experience was Bill Timmons. He did everything in his power to help and tried to help me through a difficult time. if you had a review for just the service employees I would give Bill 5 stars.

We understand your frustration, Mr. Voss. However, when your vehicle was brought in all of those times it was not actively presenting with any problems. We went against normal protocol to help you as best we could by taking your vehicle in even though it was not acting up for us at all, let alone how you described. It took us driving your vehicle multiple times throughout the day to get any problems to present. We truly did everything we could. Safe travels.
