They take on way too big of a load of customers, so expect long wait times, stressed out employees, and xxxx attitudes. If you want my advice.... definitely buy your car from these guys .... but get it serviced somewhere else. More

Horrible service Went to get a pitman arm put on. Tech broke the bolt to the steering box I was charged for that. Went to pick up and the stabilink light was on. Wasn Went to get a pitman arm put on. Service manager does not take calls or return calls. $300 turned into 1300.00. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. More

Regular oil change & oil leak I took my Equinox in for it’s regular oil change & pointed out that I had noticed what looked like oil spots on my driveway. They checked it out & cal I took my Equinox in for it’s regular oil change & pointed out that I had noticed what looked like oil spots on my driveway. They checked it out & called me to let me know there was a small leak in the oil pan. They told me they were arranging for me to have a rental car, as the part had to be ordered & my SUV probably wouldn’t be ready until the next week (this was on Thursday). Later that afternoon I get a phone call telling me they were able to get the part in & my SUV would be ready by 4pm. Doug Kircher was great! He explained everything to me. And this was all covered under my warranty. More
