They go the extra mile for their customers, literally! It was a great experience as usual. They were more than happy to drive me to work and then even pick me up later that day. Service advisor not focused I have bought several cars from butler and have had many cars in for repair. This advisor by far wasn’t focused on communicating to me about the statu I have bought several cars from butler and have had many cars in for repair. This advisor by far wasn’t focused on communicating to me about the status of my car. I had to basically hour the dealer to get answers. Thank god for I think “Mandy” was her name. She understood my concerns and got answers when the service advisor wouldn’t call me. The final straw was when I went to pick up my car and he didn’t even try to acknowledge me at all. Not very personable. There was more but not worth posting. More

Oil change I had a coupon for the works (oil,lube,filter and tire rotation) for 49.99, I had made an appointment and work was completed in an hour.
