I had to make two trips and I was without my truck that I make a living with (loss money) I do buy trucks often and had plans to buy another one soon. I have bought 3 trucks since 2016 from Jim Butler don't know about the next buy. More
Very busy place This place is really busy, I honestly felt like its too busy. Took my RV there for recall. Might still be there waiting if I hadn't got involved direc This place is really busy, I honestly felt like its too busy. Took my RV there for recall. Might still be there waiting if I hadn't got involved directing traffic in service area parking lot. Mechanic was sitting in RV with it running waiting for a flat bed truck driver to move so he could get through for probably 10 minutes. I finally went outside and asked the flat bed driver, working on his paper work, if he could move to allow the RV through of course he had no problem moving for a minute. Mechanic replaced driver side power window switch in the parking lot behind the garage and was done in 5 minutes and then pulled RV back up to turn in paper work and keys to cashier ( Went to Jim Butler because General Motors customer service directed me there because they had a garage that my RV would fit in). When my name was called I picked up keys and paper work. I was pretty surprised when I looked at the paper work and it indicated that they did the switch plus a 27 point inspection, topped off fluids, checked brakes, checked belts and battery service which includes cleaning of terminals, cable connectors and battery case surface. They said they applied protectant to the terminals which prevents against oxidation and corrosion. When I got home I looked under the hood and I could tell that none of this had been done. Now I wonder if they really changed my switch. They sure put on a good show though. I only wish they would really do what they try to make you think they did. I don't normally write reviews and would not have shared this with people outside my family but Jim Butler kept asking me to review them so I did. I accept that this is the way of the world today no one really has pride in what they do any more. Its all about more profit. More
very flexible with customers In for inspection knowing windshield had a small crack. They allowed windshield replacement company to coordinate the fix while there. Truck has oversized tires but has been in before l. Have taken to sapaugh also, never had an issue. The tire monitor sensor can only be reset with a transmitter. So I can’t get the light off More

Both the "OnStar" Personnel & your Team (Bill Timmons & P.Meyer, as well as the rest of the support personnel) were a pleasure to deal with. Bill got me setup with a loaner and got me underway very quickly. P. Meyer worked tirelessly to get my '17 Volt back to running condition in a very short time working with Chevy Engineers to diagnose an unusual issue. I really appreciate their honesty and communications all throughout the process. Thank You for your support. More
Continues to Meet Expectations I took the car in for an oil change and safety inspection to update the plates. The radio completely went out so that was added to the service appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and politely. Even though I needed to wait for my vehicle, Mike Johnson arranged for me to take a loaner because the shop was backed up. He kept me updated throughout the week and wanted me to know that my car hadn't been forgotten. I continue to bring the car back to Jim Butler because that is where we bought the car and our visits are always very positive. More
