service I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am my truck did not even get seen till the next day. Then they had to wait a day for parts. They told me that when you schedule a service appointment that only gives you a time to see the service advisor not work on your vehicle. As far as parts they service GMC but are a chevy dealer and can't keep parts for a GMC. More

Long Wait Times & Always Finding Additional Problems Every time I've taken my car in (via an appointment), I end up waiting an hour for someone to simply look at it. Oil changes and tire rotations that n Every time I've taken my car in (via an appointment), I end up waiting an hour for someone to simply look at it. Oil changes and tire rotations that normally take 15 minutes at other places, take 1-2 hours at Jim Butler. And, every time I'm in there, they seem to fabricate problems with my car, seeing if they can sucker me into paying for service/repairs that really aren't needed &/or as dire as they explain. I think they're also incompetent - recently, I had to make (3) separate trips there (over 3 weekends) to have a broken seat handle replaced - first time, because they didn't have the part - second time, because they ordered the wrong part (how many different handles can there be, if they know the make & model of my car - third time to actually have it installed. I have lost my faith in Jim Butler and unless I have a warranty repair, will not be going back. The only positive thing I can say is that they do have complimentary bottled water in the waiting room, and the donuts are outstanding - which is the only reason I gave them a "Fair" & not "Poor" rating. More
