Well, the final result was disappointing. So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. I continue to find items not completed or wrapped up proper So, this is the 2nd time this dealer has worked on something for me, not a warranty item. This time, it was an accessory that was not tightened down and two screws in the headliner that were left in the seat and not put into their proper holes. SO, I tightened the accessory down and installed the screws. It's the last 5% folks... More

My wife and I also looked at a Tahoe and fuzz was happy to show it to us and gave all the info we was after and wasn’t pushy. I like that in a salesman. We are torn about buying another vehicle for Jim Butler because of when we bought out 2016 2500 hd there were some things that were supposed to be taken care of but seemed to be forgotten about. More

Didn't do what they told me they would. They said they would take 90 minutes to check out the car change oil fill the fluids they took over 2 hours and didn't fill my fluids had to go buy w They said they would take 90 minutes to check out the car change oil fill the fluids they took over 2 hours and didn't fill my fluids had to go buy washer fluid rig ht after the service they didn't full my tank when I bought the car and the free WiFi for 2 months was a joke only lasted 3 weeks and they turned it off but not before there blocking of my data so I couldn't use my phone data. Im supposed to have one more free service for buying at J im butler's. I think they want me to come there for my service work but with this kind of service not sure I'll even use the free visit. Really not happy with your company! More
