Had a dent on my driver's door I went to Jim butler to ask if they could fix a dent on my driver's door that could possibly happened while it was sitting on their lot after it had s I went to Jim butler to ask if they could fix a dent on my driver's door that could possibly happened while it was sitting on their lot after it had service done on it. I told them that I wasnt blaming it on them at all, but my sales person Brett Estes went to talk to the service manager and they both came out to take a look at it and the service manager told me that they would take care of it for me. I definitely appreciate it and I have to say that by far the customer I have received from jim butler since I've been going to them has been nothing but excellent. More

Poor Service Went in for an oil change & tire rotation, but the tires were never rotated and they didn’t bother to tell me that. Fortunately for me I had marked the tires before taking my car in. I was told the rear tires had significant wear and that’s why they weren’t rotated. But the attached report on my car said all 4 tires had 7/16 tread on them. Very poor service. It certainly makes you doubt their credibility. I won’t go back. More
