Terrible customer service I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/19/2018, dropped off my vehicle with the assumption my vehicle would be headed into service the d I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/19/2018, dropped off my vehicle with the assumption my vehicle would be headed into service the day of the appointment as anyone would figure, I was wrong. I was told it would be another 2 days before my vehicle would be serviced. I was very confused as I didn't understand what the point of dropping my vehicle off that day was then, as that's the purpose of the appointment. Of course I need a vehicle as it was a holiday weekend coming up, so I had to get a rental for those 2 days. 2 days pass and I received a call on 11/21/18 to my disappointment to let me know the service department didn't have the part in stock and it would be an additional 2 days I would be charged for the rental. At this point I don't feel I should be held accountable for the rental charge, it is not the customers fault that the part isn't in stock. Another 2 days pass and I receive another call on 11/23/18 informing me my car wouldn't be done until the following Monday after I was told it would be done before the weekend. Again, I'm required to pay for the rental for another 2 days that I shouldn't . At this point I've reached the point I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I was charged 4 extra days for a rental that I don't feel I should have had to pay for. The customer should not be held accountable for circumstances created by the dealer. Terrible customer service. I had some issues with my Traverse after the warranty ran out. I luckily had an extended warranty but were unsure if the service would be covered. Above and beyond I had a recall for my truck, but due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to have it taken care. I spoke with a tech (Mike) and he told me to call. Instead of my calling, he spoke to Kim, service advisor, and she took care of obtaining my truck, fixing the recall and returning my truck...unbelievable service!! Thank you!! More

Failed to satisfy 4 year old certified Silverado bought 1 year ago with extended warranty. Neither Jim Butler, Chevrolet or the extended warranty company would cover fa 4 year old certified Silverado bought 1 year ago with extended warranty. Neither Jim Butler, Chevrolet or the extended warranty company would cover failed seal of third brake light in roof and damage to headliner. Jim Butler said it was too long since I bought the vehicle for the certified warranty to cover the leak. I told them I had no idea when it started leaking and they didn’t either since it is in the back seat and I drive from the front seat. It could have been leaking from the beginning. Extended warranty company said it wasn’t covered. Paid extra for certified vehicle and extended warranty and neither of these helped me. They want $2000 plus pay for rental car while they take a day or two to replace the seal and headliner. That’s outrageous! It did nothing to cause this seal to fail. It is a 4 year old truck. It shouldn’t have failed! Very dissatisfied! More
