The cashier at the checkout gave my son a Jim Butler Chevrolet bulldog stuffed animal - AND, to ensure my other son wouldn't be jealous, she even gave one to me to give him. A wonderful relief The transmission broke on my vehicle. I was still under a power train warranty but that didn’t help my anxiety. I’ve had so many people tell me horror The transmission broke on my vehicle. I was still under a power train warranty but that didn’t help my anxiety. I’ve had so many people tell me horror stories of their service centers getting around warranties, doing low quality work, and over charging a customer while they feel held hostage on a vehicle they need. Thankfully Doug and Jim Butler was the complete opposite. It took Doug 4 hours, but in that time they diagnosed my issue as well as another I didn’t know about, and worked with GM to make sure it all got covered under my warranty. Plus secured me a rental free of charge so I wouldn’t be stranded. Once the work was completed, there were no hidden charges, and no last minute changes than what I was told before. It was a large relief that the dealership I had to deal with was Jim Butler and not somewhere where I would have my own horror story. Thank you Doug, and thank you Jim Butler. More

Did good work but took 3 hours Took way too long. Advisor told me on phone it would take 1 hour. When I got to the dealer I was told it would be 2 hours. Took 3 hours, which the tru Took way too long. Advisor told me on phone it would take 1 hour. When I got to the dealer I was told it would be 2 hours. Took 3 hours, which the truck was actually done for 1/2 hour before they got to me. Mainly because the advisory went to lunch. Also another customer, named Butler, was taken care of before me and they had someone ask if he wanted to check out while the advisor was at lunch. More
