Oil change Was at garage door 12 minutes waiting for check in, I wasn’t even acknowledged. Quoted 90 minutes it was 2hrs15minutes. Very rude employees. In their defense there were so many appointments booked back to back which isn’t their fault I assume. It was hectic atmospher around the shop. I shouldn’t of had to ask for car after that long of a wait, and car was ready. More
Bill the service writer was awsome. I was a walk in due to a check engine light on my 2002 S-10, I had just come from another place that wanted $125 to check and find out what was wrong I was a walk in due to a check engine light on my 2002 S-10, I had just come from another place that wanted $125 to check and find out what was wrong and if I had the work done there, it would not be applied there. I thought that was wrong because the truck gave codes to what was wrong. Bill, the service writer took the time to explain that there was more to just reading some code from the truck and went through what the mechanic might have to do. Then he explain the time factor with me being a walk in. He arranged a guy to take me home and also at the end, arranged for someone to pick me up when the work was done because my wife was out of town. It turned out that truck had sensed my thermostat on the engine had failed. Who knew that the truck could do that? I am 72 and computer friendly but I am not truck friendly and Bill explained every thing to me so I could understand. That is why I rate him as awesome. More

Anymore dealerships are so much bigger then what they use to be and it’s more about sales and not the customers and I definatly see that with this dealership even though they do a good job. More

Horrible service I dropped my truck off to get warranty repairs done on Tues. Oct. 30 for my Wed. 8:25 am appointment. I had to call everyday to get a update on the tr I dropped my truck off to get warranty repairs done on Tues. Oct. 30 for my Wed. 8:25 am appointment. I had to call everyday to get a update on the truck. The truck was finally brought in to get looked at on Mon. Nov. 5, Kim told me what parts were needed to be replaced. Kim also told me she was going to ask around to make sure my wheels and tires were bought with the truck and would give me a call back. I had to call back Tues. to see what the status was on the truck since I have not received any phone calls about the truck. Kim said the tires were bad or had a slipped belt. Kim informed me that the tires had to be ordered then the truck had to sent to Dalo to get the tires installed. Since the start of the whole ordeal I informed Kim I need the truck back before the 10th. Brian called me from Dalo and told me I was lucky cause the tires aren't going to pro-rated so I wouldn't have to pay anything. I bought the truck as it sits, why would I have to pay for a faulty tire or tires? I could not wait any longer for the truck to get done, so I have to take more time out to take it and get the tire installed. I already had to be out of the truck for over a week. I got the truck back and none of the tire pressure were set. I have been a mechanic for or 17 years and no one there can explain how the tires were balanced if the air pressure is not correct. The service is horrible. If I had a car at my shop for over a week and never called the customer I would be out of business very quickly. The second part is there is nice scratch on my front bumper. Kim said the tech said it was already there when it came into the shop. Well that was 6 days later. The cars are crammed in the parking lot. When I picked up the truck a guy from inside moved the car that was park in front of the truck. The guy could barely get into the car to move it. The door was touching the front bumper of my truck as he tried. I would never recommend anyone to get the vehicle serviced here. This is part of the reason we bought our other car at a different dealer. More
Rocker arm came loose and fixed right away. Service was done within twenty four hours of getting my vehicle to the service center. I was very satisfied with the service.
