Horrible service I dropped my truck off to get warranty repairs done on Tues. Oct. 30 for my Wed. 8:25 am appointment. I had to call everyday to get a update on the truck. The truck was finally brought in to get looked at on Mon. Nov. 5, Kim told me what parts were needed to be replaced. Kim also told me she was going to ask around to make sure my wheels and tires were bought with the truck and would give me a call back. I had to call back Tues. to see what the status was on the truck since I have not received any phone calls about the truck. Kim said the tires were bad or had a slipped belt. Kim informed me that the tires had to be ordered then the truck had to sent to Dalo to get the tires installed. Since the start of the whole ordeal I informed Kim I need the truck back before the 10th. Brian called me from Dalo and told me I was lucky cause the tires aren't going to pro-rated so I wouldn't have to pay anything. I bought the truck as it sits, why would I have to pay for a faulty tire or tires? I could not wait any longer for the truck to get done, so I have to take more time out to take it and get the tire installed. I already had to be out of the truck for over a week. I got the truck back and none of the tire pressure were set. I have been a mechanic for or 17 years and no one there can explain how the tires were balanced if the air pressure is not correct. The service is horrible. If I had a car at my shop for over a week and never called the customer I would be out of business very quickly. The second part is there is nice scratch on my front bumper. Kim said the tech said it was already there when it came into the shop. Well that was 6 days later. The cars are crammed in the parking lot. When I picked up the truck a guy from inside moved the car that was park in front of the truck. The guy could barely get into the car to move it. The door was touching the front bumper of my truck as he tried. I would never recommend anyone to get the vehicle serviced here. This is part of the reason we bought our other car at a different dealer. More
Rocker arm came loose and fixed right away. Service was done within twenty four hours of getting my vehicle to the service center. I was very satisfied with the service. Chevy Cruze I’ve always had good service at Jim butler. This time was concerning. I received a call from the advisor who explained that several things were wrong I’ve always had good service at Jim butler. This time was concerning. I received a call from the advisor who explained that several things were wrong with the car as a reason for the check engine light. Ended up being an O2 sensor. I ended up paying over $1300 and would’ve been paying more if we would’ve gotten everything replaced that he claimed was bad. Feel like we were taken advantage of. In this experience I stated to him that maybe I would trade the car in on a new car for my son. I asked the advisor as he was showing us our Cruze. I said “ I’m sure you wouldn’t mind if I bought a new car”. His response to me was “That doesn’t concern me. I’m in service”. I was quite taken back by what he replied. Makes one think twice about trust. In a good note. Tyler Sparks worked diligently to get a quote on what our car would bring in a trade. More

Had to wait a little bit for oil change and tire rotation, but they make the waiting not so bad, nice waiting area, everything you need is right there for you. Thank you!! Do Not Bring Your Car Here I leased a new 2018 camaro back in March 2018. In October, I was in a nearly fatal accident when my car (with 7,000 miles) flew off the highway at 50+ I leased a new 2018 camaro back in March 2018. In October, I was in a nearly fatal accident when my car (with 7,000 miles) flew off the highway at 50+ mph. After the accident, Dobbs Auto Center (the closest place I could tow the car) found my tires were bald past the wire and that they were severely misaligned. When I brought Jim Butler official documentation of the state of my car, the service manager Doug told me that he did not believe I was even in an accident and had the car towed at my expense to the dealership to inspect it. When my car arrived on a tow truck, no one inspected it. Instead, Jim Butler performed an oil change and routine maintenance without my authorization and called me to come pick up the car. There was not a single mention of the condition of my tires or the state of my alignment or the other damage to my vehicle. When I called to inquire why this service was performed without my consent and why no inspection occurred, the service manager, Bill Van Iwaarden, was very aggressive with me. When I told him not to alter the state of the car until GM could inspect its condition, Bill told me to remove the car from his lot or else incur daily storage charges. I had the car towed at my expense and never heard back from Jim Butler until they asked for this review. Further, I was provided with what was explicitly discussed as a free loaner car during the time my car received unauthorized service. When I came to return the loaner car, Bill was again aggressive with me and told me I was never told the car would be free (despite a contract to the contrary and 2 witnesses), and that I had to pay for the loaner car or else I could not leave. I have never been treated with such a lack of professional courtesy at any Chevrolet dealership, and I exclusively purchase Chevrolet vehicles (this is my 2nd car from Jim Butler) as does my family. I will certainly never return to Jim Butler as a result of my experience here and have informed my family and friends of the treatment I received. More
Excellent service, was actually enjoyable! My service manager was the best, very down to earth, easy to talk with. He even took some time to tell me what would be next as far as maintenance.
