They care about you and your vehicle. Everyone is pleasant to deal with. They seem like they really care about you and your car. The wait I waited two hours for a SCHEDULED oil change. I realize if this was a walk-in there might be a substantial wait. Scheduled visits for a simple oil change/rotation should be more efficient. Two hours on any scheduled routine maintenance is ridiculous.
