Some workers were talking and bill seen I was waiting at the counter. He gave the ladies a second to do their job but they didn't seem interested. Bill rushed up and said I'm so sorry for that not knowing I was his direct client. He was thorough beyond his job guidelines. He's the type of guy that should be managing. Staff is difficult to work with Dropped off my 2017 vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. Since then tire keeps losing air and dealer doesn't want to get the car in and be accoun Dropped off my 2017 vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. Since then tire keeps losing air and dealer doesn't want to get the car in and be accountable for issue. Issue only began after they rotated them. I was also going to be charged for the oil change even though at time of purchase I was told there were two years of free oil changes and tire rotations. Had to get my salesman to approve. Totally wasting my time. Not sure I will ever buy another vehicle here. I have purchased three in the past five years. Time to rethink the next vehicle dealership and brand of car. More

They care about you and your vehicle. Everyone is pleasant to deal with. They seem like they really care about you and your car.
