Now you wait with your car, and they come right out. And my service was even completed in a shorter time than expected. More

High Quality Customer Oriented Operation I took my 2017 Malibu in the get the oil changed and to get two alerts that I received through On-Star checked out. The check in staff were all very h I took my 2017 Malibu in the get the oil changed and to get two alerts that I received through On-Star checked out. The check in staff were all very helpful and courteous but the standout was Kim Hausmann. She walked me through everything from the check-in to getting a loaner to contacting me when the car was finished and telling me what the Tech's had found and repaired. Getting the car to the Tech's took some time due to the large volume of service work being done there but Kim told me to keep the loaner until the work was completed. All in all this was a very satisfactory and stress free experience thanks to Ms. Hausmann. More

Absolutely terrible service! I bought a brand new truck earlier this year here and scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday to get the first oil change. I spoke with Dalton I bought a brand new truck earlier this year here and scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday to get the first oil change. I spoke with Dalton upon arrival as he was the service advisor and told me they were behind so it would be a little longer than normal wait. I waited and waited and finally went to the cashier to speak with someone about the status of my truck. She informs me they turned the lights off and left for the day already and I couldn't get my truck back until Monday because she can't do invoicing after hours. Needless to say sh looked on the computer and it was done and she was able to access my keys. No one ever called me or anything to give me the status of my vehicle that is was done or anything just left me waiting in the waiting room for nearly 4 hours wasting half of my Saturday, Absolutely unacceptable! And to top it off I get an email the following Tuesday saying my vehicle is done and ready for pick up. More
