When I picked up my vehicle, there was grease on multiple spots in the drivers seat. The service person (Walt) put plastic on it and said to come back on Monday to have it cleaned. I went to Walmart and picked up some leather cleaner and had it cleaned in a couple of minutes. You live up to your bad reputation that you have for a service department..
