Not happy with how things were this time around. I feel they owe me something for how my car was NOT fixed in the least. Yes things did get fixed but what I brought it in for was NOT. Service was worse that one star. Came in for an emissions test on a used vehicle I purchased thru Jim Butler and the technicians printed out emissions tests with the wrong vehicle i Came in for an emissions test on a used vehicle I purchased thru Jim Butler and the technicians printed out emissions tests with the wrong vehicle information not once but twice. Totaling over 2 hours of my time even though I had an appointment for said test. The third time they tried to get it right the machine suddenly wasn’t working right and the test was unable to be performed again. Ended up getting the test done outside of Jim Butler even though you all were required to provide me with a passed emissions with the vehicle purchase just to simply not have to deal with the incompetence. After this being the third vehicle my family has purchased from Jim Butler I can honestly say we will unfortunately not be back. More
