I dropped my vehicle off because the battery was acting up. I was told I had to drop it off and it would be a couple of days because they would have to look at it. Kim the advisor said I would have to pay up. I was told I had to drop it off and it would be a couple of days because they would have to look at it. Kim the advisor said I would have to pay for a diagnostic as well being $150 plus. No calls or communication until 3 days later after me leaving messages via a text message, and I was told I needed a new battery and a power steering flush. This notification was only made after me calling two times with no returned calls. Finally a week later (6 days) again with after leaving messages and no call backs and after being given an $800 plus quote, I just went back to the dealer to find out what was going on because it was a week now without my truck. They literally did not do anything. It was still sitting on the lot. I demanded my keys back and had to argue to get them after I was told no. I left there and drove straight across the street to Walmart and they installed a new batter for $190 and that was the issue, what I told the dealer when I dropped it off. I do not trust this service department anymore. It was all about making the up-sale and not doing what I requested, replacing my battery! Also, a week of poor customer service, being told my messages were not being received after leaving several voicemails on Kim’s (the service advisors) direct voice mail. One word comes to mind, shenanigans. More
