Not only were repairs ridiculously expensive, but there was no communication. One part was on back order (which I do understand this happens) But I had to be the one calling to check on status. I did not have a rental or loaner car so I had to make other arrangements. Because of this, a heads up on parts arrival with an ETA would have been nice since leaning on others for a ride. When the parts did come in, there was still no courtesy call letting me know that they finally showed up & it would be worked on and finished up soon. In fact I had to call and find out the truck was done . I was wondering how long it was done for at that point. More
