(This is the 2nd time I have had to write this today). ..I made an appointment last week for ac. Set up a rental vehicle. This is the 2nd time I have had to have the ac repaired in 2 years and the car is ..I made an appointment last week for ac. Set up a rental vehicle. This is the 2nd time I have had to have the ac repaired in 2 years and the car is a 2020 (not very good odds). It takes no less than 3-4 days just for evaluation, and making an appt is just to put you in line for service. I went ahead and set everything up, but received a phone call yesterday that there weren't any rentals. I told her to cancel appt. She wanted to have me transfer to reschedule. I told her no...I have to make my appts based on my schedule which a month is released at once. In addition, it was going to cost me at least 300.00 just for the rental, which I understand the extended warranty can choose to pay or not. I was willing to deal with it. What makes that even more frustrating is that it may or may not be fixed...just an eval, not even a repair. I have a job, I can't leave my vehicle for days at a time. At this point, as the weather is changing, I'm not going to worry about the ac, however with this being a repeat situation, I may not even get it fixed. The timing for rental return and car pick up is not conducive, however, in order to make it work since I get off at 5, is leave early from my job, which makes a problem because its a black mark on my record.
