Was told my "retro" fit for installation of the park assist chip on my Traverse would take 2 hours. I had no option for leaving the vehicle, I had to wait. 4 hours later I had to go out to the shop to assist chip on my Traverse would take 2 hours. I had no option for leaving the vehicle, I had to wait. 4 hours later I had to go out to the shop to see what the xxxx was going on and was told it was still being worked on. Was never given any update as to why it was taken so long, was never offered a curtesy car, was never offered any option from the dealer other than to just sit and wait. The car was finally completed over 4 1/2 hours after I arrived for an appointment that was scheduled over a week in advance. Absolutely inexcusable. I completely feel that their customer service ended once I bought the vehicle and drove away! More
