Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that this happened. I spoke with the service managers regarding your concerns. They advised me to have you bring the vehicle into the drive and ask for them (Zach or David). They would like for you to show them how you're shifting the vehicle's gears and if we can get it to duplicate the issue in the drive. During my investigation I also learned that this is the issue, we cannot duplicate the concern, hence we cannot fix and issue we cannot duplicate. None of your reply and is true. I was told it would be a 2 hour job when making my appointment and I informed the agent when making my appointment as well as the service writer that I had no option to "leave" the vehicle as I had no other transportation or driver to carpool me. If your records indicate otherwise, then they were altered after my service or after my review posted. The service writer even mentioned that they are instructed to tell the customer 2 hours for this service even though he thought it may not take that long.
