I had an appointment at 4:30. At 5:45 my car had not even been moved. I had to go ask. Nothing was brought to my attention. Took my vehicle in last Thursday for tire rotation and air pressure adjustment and oil change. Was offered a radiator flush which I agreed to. When I got my car back and got home I checked my onboard syst air pressure adjustment and oil change. Was offered a radiator flush which I agreed to. When I got my car back and got home I checked my onboard system for tire pressure only to find that my air pressure was the same before I took it in and the tires were not recalibrated to there location. Called dealership and was told to bring it back to fix. First time to go to this dealership but my question is how do I know the tires were actually rotated; did I pay for something that I didn't get how am I to trust there service? Take there word ? I am not happy with the service if this is the way they do business I am wonder if they cut corners on me to save time. My advice mark your tire if you take it in for rotation. As for me I will be finding another place! Not sure I paid for something I didn't get!! More
