Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your experience didn't live up to your expectations. We also apologize that you were misinformed on our wait times. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next available service technician. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and I will be sure to speak with the service manager regarding your concerns. We truly hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.

I was never told of a wait time when I made the appointment or such. It took all of maybe 5 or 10 minutes to discuss my “game plan” for oil change. There is no need for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
