I was in for an intermittent check engine warning. I had to make an appointment So I came back. No light. No code. Leave it. Even with the light on I was told all the techs were busy. This visit required I have a tire replaced that only had 39200 miles on it. All of the other tires we fine. I purchased all 4 tires at Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield. I thought the tire would at least be 39200 miles on it. All of the other tires we fine. I purchased all 4 tires at Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield. I thought the tire would at least be prorated instead of charging for a new tire. I am not very happy with this situation and have always loved the service and personnel at Jim Butler Kia, I have contacted the tire company as well as once again Keith in the service department and expect at least a prorated reimbursement. I will continually follow up on this situation as I doubt, I will be contacted but I do expect a refund!!! My rating will depend on the outcome of this tire. More
