Then a service rep from Jim Causley call me back to make sure everything was good with the date and that he would schedule a courtesy shuttle for myself to get back home while my car was being repaired. They called a few hours later to let me know that the car was done and said they would send a shuttle to my house to pick me up, now that's service More
