I entered this dealership completely lacking in how to buy an vehicle. I was approached by Mr. Thompson, whom I must say was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about cars and Honda's in particu buy an vehicle. After driving the car and having more questioned answered by Mr. Thompson, I made a call to my wife to meet me at the dealership to meet Mr. Thompson and to ask him any questions as she is a very conscientious consumer having previously read many ratings on Honda and Toyota's. She arrived and after about 30 minutes she was convinced that we should buy the Honda. She has also indicated that next year we will contact Mr. Thompson to purchase a used Honda for our daughter. After going in toward the end of the day on a Saturday to test drive a used Odyssey that I loved, I was talked into leaving a check for a deposit to hold the car so that they could start to put the car throu test drive a used Odyssey that I loved, I was talked into leaving a check for a deposit to hold the car so that they could start to put the car through inspection, etc. My husband was away at the time so I needed to wait for his OK. Upon return, he had numerous meetings so couldn't get to the dealership quickly enough. Dealership constantly called me to pressure me to just come in and sign the papers, etc. By Tuesday, although I had told Scott that we would definitely be taking the car and he agreed that it would be ok if we didn't get there til Thursday or Friday, John called me that evening to tell me he sold the car to someone else and was sending my check back!!! WOW is all I can say! Guess it's all about the money and not about the customer! In the end, I'm actually glad it worked out this way as I wasn't getting very good vibes from dealing with them from the start! Just read on and you will probably see why. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE ... no matter how good the deal MAY seem ... very low-class operation! More
