I went to buy Honda CRV from them. Before going to Jim Coleman i looked around at some other dealerships and got some price quote from them. Jim Coleman beat the price from other dealership and finalized Coleman i looked around at some other dealerships and got some price quote from them. Jim Coleman beat the price from other dealership and finalized the deal with me on 05/15/07. They promised to get me the CRV in a day or two but till today (06/24/2007) I did not receive any CRV. I finally had to cancel the deal with them as i understood that they will never give me the CRV and will keep me hanging forever. Their customer service is also worst and they never return your call. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM JIM COLEMAN HONDA!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAD EVER SEEN!! More

I went in to see the progress that the dealer was making toward securing a car of an order that I had placed two days prior. I felt that I was being given "the runaround" by the sales manager who was cons toward securing a car of an order that I had placed two days prior. I felt that I was being given "the runaround" by the sales manager who was constantly blaming the down computer system for not being able to secure my car. I made it clear that I wanted to end the deal if I wasn't able to have the car today. The sales manager threw my deposit check at me and said "the deal is off". He told me to get the **** out of his showroom. When out the door, he continued with obcenities and even resorted to name calling! I think that this guy may have just have been having a bad day (it was a Monday) but there was no reason for such treatment. More

I highly recommend dealing with Annette Painter (Internet Sales Manager). She is friendly, low pressure, and made me feel at ease about doing business at Jim Coleman. Jason the sales guy is a hoot, very ni Sales Manager). She is friendly, low pressure, and made me feel at ease about doing business at Jim Coleman. Jason the sales guy is a hoot, very nice guy. I'm also very impressed with the finance director, James Santana. This is my 3rd car buying experience, and Mr. Santana is the first finance guy who's managed to make me laugh the whole time I'm filling out paperwork and handing over my $! Absolutely excellent experience at Jim Coleman, highly recommended! More
