I was quite distraught when I had to bring my car in to have Honda help me locate my lost wedding ring. I was greeted by Richard who was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had complete confidence in the Jim Coleman service team that they would be able to locate my ring for me. After having to remove my front seat and pull the carpet out, they found my ring! I was called immediately by the service technician, Steve Price, and then I received a follow-up call from the service consultant, Richard Berger. Not only did they find my ring, they did not charge a cent! I would have thought after all of the labor it was going to cost me. I will vow to take my car to Jim Coleman Honda for now on. They are professional, friendly, and courteous. I am now getting my ring resized! More

The Service person I have dealt with, a Richard Berger, has consistently gone out of his way to accommodate my busy work schedule, and to advise me on the best course of action for keeping my car running great. I've been a loyal customer of Jim Coleman Honda for years now, and I must say that I have never been disappointed in the quality of service and level of professionalism.
