This is my second time, not a great experience. They overcharged me for simple routine service and they didn't even apply the coupon that they advertise on their own website. I spoke to another person after my service and they said they should have charged half of what they did. Will not be going back. Beware of this group, would not recommend at alll. More

I called Tim Murray before Christmas. He said he was pretty busy and Wouldn’t be able to service the car until after Christmas. I said that’s fine. He told me he had Tuesday available. My back up camera is not working he said he would see me Tuesday. I live north of Philadelphia and I’ve been dealing with Coleman Honda for many many years bought several cars so I knew Tim When I got on the road, I gave him a call. There was no answer. I left him a message, reminding him that I was on my way down and that we were gonna look at the camera which is not working. After maybe an hour wait, he came back and told me that it was the camera gave me the estimate which was $810 and said we don’t have the part we don’t have a back up camera So I had driven 2 1/2 hours to get there I’m supposed to drive 2 1/2 hours back come down the next day driving 2 1/2 hours and arrive 2 1/2 hours back. I had no intention of doing that again. He asked me again should I order the camera I said no I have since then had my back up camera replaced but apparently the only problem was the camera and the 5 inches of cable in the trunk. He was able to buy just the camera with the 5 inches of cable so he could plug it in to replacement was less than $200. I don’t know why you can’t just replace the camera I’m assuming they had to replace everything even though there was no problem with anything else I should’ve been given a choice Feels like price gouging at Coleman Honda.
