I paid for an unnecessary repair of front axle. The noise was identified incorrectly as a damage but the noise was still there even after the replacement of front axle. The problem was with tires that had 2 different kinds. Nissan must refund the money for doing an unnecessary axle replacement that was wrongfully identified as the cause for the noise I complained. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Bryan who took my keys, asked if I was waiting and directed me owards the waiting room. He came back and informed me of needed services, I did two of them and he was h keys, asked if I was waiting and directed me owards the waiting room.
