Honest Dealing We recently bought a new 2014 Toyota Prius V Three from Coleman Toyota. Our salesman was Matthew Muradez. We had previously bought (16 years ago) our We recently bought a new 2014 Toyota Prius V Three from Coleman Toyota. Our salesman was Matthew Muradez. We had previously bought (16 years ago) our Toyota Sienna van there and had been bringing it there for service when it needed it. We had had a good experience with both purchase and service (Mike is the great service guy). So after 200 K miles and 16 years it was time to replace the van. We enjoyed dealing with Matthew, and there was a minimum (not zero, but very slight, and none of it pushy) of game playing by the dealership to extract a few extra bucks from us (no problem resisting it). We thought Matthew was very helpful and played very fair with us. We got a good price and a decent trade-in for the van. Of course, we love the Prius V. We are getting over 48 mpg. It is roomier than the standard Prius and is fun to drive (as long as your definition of fun is not a race car). We would not hesitate to buy another car from Matthew and Coleman. And we do not hesitate to recommend them to you if you are in the market for a new Toyota. More

Treated me like I was a nuisance. This was my first experience with a Toyota dealership since my purchase of the vehicle just over a year ago. Needed a minor collision repair ($1500), but they did not really seem to have much interest in helping me. That's fine. Plenty of other places to go besides an over-priced dealership. I started out looking to make build a relationship with them that would have probably lasted for the life of the car... the next 10 years, perhaps. But I was shuffled off the phone as though my questions were a bother. Strange. I guess everyone at Jim Coleman Toyota just makes waaaay to much money to have any interest in taking mine. Oh well. I know of at three other body shops who would love the work... and who will also be glad for the opportunity to create a new customer relationship for the coming decade.
