Imagine this. Jim Coleman Toyota aquires a Toyota from another dealer in VA. He get's it cheap because it is damaged. The auction does not know that he has decieved them, the dealer who bought it does not know that he has decieved them, and finally the buyer discovers the decpetion by registering the VIN with Toyota and speaks to a dealer who finds the Jim Coleman Toyoota's R.O. # for $2800 in front end repair not reported to any agency that would show it on thier record such as CARFAX. Knowing this would you buy from this dealer? I think not. More

Professional, friendly, low-key, straightforward--the whole buying (or in our case, leasing) experience at Jim Coleman was a pleasant surprise. We picked an ad out of the paper for a good leasing deal on a Toyota RAV4. We called ahead. Roy, the sales manager, was extremely friendly and professional, and chose a salesperson for us--Brian Brooks--who perfectly fit our style. He was straightforward, no pressure, and easy to get on with. We had come prepared to make the sale essentially immediately, but Brian insisted that we take the vehicle for a test drive, which proved to be an excellent idea, because both of us began to take to the RAV4 gangbusters as a result of our short spin around Bethesda. The sales staff did the usual upselling of "extras" as we completed the sale--but they were honest when questioned, and there was no pressure. The air of the Jim Coleman showroom was so calm and professional--and the reviews of the dealership on the web generally so positive--that we plan to use Jim Coleman for the regular maintenance, even though the location is a little inconvenient for us. From my experience buying cars over the years, I would say these guys are a cut above. More

I worked with Matt Muradaz and Patrick Coleman. Both were professional, straightforward, and courteous throughout the entire process. The sales process was low pressure, I was given plenty of time to shop around, and when it came time to negotiate a price Patrick did not use typical cliched high pressure techniques, simply stated what he was and was not willing to offer (while giving me plenty of opportunities to pay more, but not pressuring me into it).
