I have previously purchased a car from Jim Coleman Toyota 12 years ago. It is a convenient location to my job (which doesn't necessarily mean I will buy car from there but is nice it is close.) I work for Marriott and have been in the customer service industry for almost 24 years and no matter what, friendly and great customer service is the most important thing I look for. Upon entering the dealership Malcolm met me immediately at the door. He was VERY pleasant and easily approachable. Like many folks, buying a car sometimes can be stressful, especially the stigma of dealing with the car sales team. Malcolm had me at hello. He was GREAT! He has customer service down to the T. During the entire process he was knowledgeable, honest, courteous, patient and listened to my needs. It was exceptionally hot that first day I was there and he offered me a bottle of water without me even asking. I decided then that he was the guy I wanted to deal with to buy my next car. I was impressed. Even on my next visits for test drives, purchasing the vehicle, final paper work, he was there to help with process and make me feel welcome. He was even patient with me when my smooth and organized plans derailed regarding my original financing sponsor did not work out and I eventually financed thru the Toyota Dealership. All in all the entire experience was probably one the BEST I have had buying a car or ANY recent sales experience I have had in the area in YEARS. The overall experience was great, but I wish the price they offered for the trade-in car was better. They started with a very low offer and we got to a below-average price for the old car eventually. Peter is very cordial and willing to take time to explain things, even post-sales. For example, we stopped by on a Sunday because I couldn't figure out how to set the price of gasoline purchased. He has been responsive to other post-sales inquiries as well. I've left "Price" as N/A because I simply do not know how to make a comparison. We'd not looked at a Prius before, we'd not looked at other Toyota dealers, we'd not looked on line. We came in and we left having purchased the auto and some extras. I would assume prices are competitive otherwise Jim Coleman Toyota would not be selling so many cars. More

My son had done the legwork before I went in to buy. He selected this dealership after reviewing a number of others. He dealt with Tim Martin and was pleased with his professionalism and cooperation. When I went in, I dealt with Tim and with Matthew Muradaz. They were both extremely plesant and helpful. Matthew went out of his way to help me set up some systems in the car after the sale. I would recommend the dealership and these salesman to anyone looking for a fair price and a pleasant experience. More
Daniel Smith was outstanding and was the reason I went to JC Toyota. He called me after I submitted a form on Consumer Reports. Daniel was very knowledgable and friendly on the phone so I decided to drive the 18 miles to see how he and the dealership were. Daniel was terrific. He is very knowledgable about cars, very patient with questions, and very pleasant to work with. Not at all pushy or obnoxious. The other salesperson, Greg Lacina, was very good also. Truly, I can't say too many good things about the two of them and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a Toyota. JC Toyota is lucky to have Daniel and Greg on their staff and should work hard to keep them. More
I have excellent experience at the dealership. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. My car had to be shipped from another dealership and I had to wait a little long.
