The dealership had a nice selection everyone was helpful and friendly. Larion was great! He was very hands on with me during the process. Larion made my experience very stress free. I was able to get a lot done over the phone. Once I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready and my time spent there was minimal. Ted in service is very courteous and always explains things. The prices for replacement keys was extremely high. I was also surprised Ted said this dealership did not have the technician to check my exi things. The prices for replacement keys was extremely high. I was also surprised Ted said this dealership did not have the technician to check my existing keyfob not transmitting effectively with the starter…resulting in having to leave car there 2 2days. Finally, communications is done by text rather than phone so I had to call several times to clarify messaging. More
