I found my truck online. I research to make sure adequate maintenance has been performed through its history. Ellis Plummer contacted me and we got the paperwork started. There were two advertisements of this truck with two different prices listed. Ellis ensured that I got the lowest one that was advertised. I had my daughter go look at the vehicle because she lives in Atlanta and I live 2.30 hours away in NC. My daughter has good knowledge about cars. Her late father was a mechanic and he taught her about cars and trucks. She was able to point out that the serpentine belt was making a loud noise. Mr. Plumber also noticed the noise. Mr. Plummer immediately sent the truck to the repair shop. Yesterday, on 7/5/26, Mr. Plummer said he sent the truck over to the Ford Dealership to let them fix it. That made me very happy to know how conscientious Mr Plummer is to make sure the truck is being repaired by a certified Ford mechanic. I'm looking forward to picking up the truck. More
