Larry is HIM. Man he made the process so smooth to the point mostly everything was handled without me having to come in & do a test drive. The service department at Jim Ellis GMC goes above and beyond and they are easy to communicate with. They fixed an issue with my truck even when GMC denied it. You can’t beat service like that.
