Exceed expectations Cortez went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress on my car( some was routine, but 1 thing we weren’t sure about). When technician found out what was causing the problem, Cortez arranged a Lyft for me to take care of things at home, and had car scheduled to pick me up to return and get car, all in time to get my kids at school. Inevitably, the salesperson beat the competition and I felt like I was being treated fairly. The salesperson did ultimately have my best interest at heart and we were able to make a deal. Late day service and still did not take long to do. I took my Buick Encore into the dealer to get the schedule maintenance done. I did not get there until after 1pm. No appointment was made and they wer I took my Buick Encore into the dealer to get the schedule maintenance done. I did not get there until after 1pm. No appointment was made and they were able to get me in with the service done before 4pm. And this is not the first time they were able to do that. One last thing, their wait area is great. I was able to sit and work on my computer and watch TV, along with being able to charge my phone during the wait. More
