Professional and attentive service from everyone there. Flooding from Hurricane Florence initiated our drive from NC to family in the Atlanta area. Our car broke down the evening of our arrival and a call to this nearby dealership was answered by a friendly and concerned Barry Bacon who was there in the evening when we arrived with our car. The next morning Cortez Heath quickly checked-in our vehicle and kept us informed as service diagnosed the problem. When we decided it was time for a new car Barry Bacon patiently showed us vehicles and provided the information we needed to make this important selection. Business Manager Michael Mills then completed the process by guiding us through the final financial transactions. We had gone from being distressed by the breakdown to enjoying the ride home in a beautiful new vehicle. Thanks to everyone involved ! More

Horrible I inquired on a price for a 2018 Buick Encore- their advertised price included a $2k trade allowance and a $1k GMAC financing rebate. I used their own I inquired on a price for a 2018 Buick Encore- their advertised price included a $2k trade allowance and a $1k GMAC financing rebate. I used their own KBB cash offer link and got a cash offer of ~$9800 (pending inspection). Jon offered $1k over the $2k trade- the trade was a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- 120K miles in good condition. I had done research on the trade in value of the Jeep and knew that $1k was ridiculous. Took it to Carmax for a cash offer and got a reasonable offer- sold it myself for $10k (a great sale price for the buyer). Bought an Encore from Carl Black at a good price- cash. Very disappointed w Jim Ellis- I bought my Mazda CX-9 from them, did the deal on the phone and that was a great experience in 2013. I tried to contact Jon several times but apparently my business or money aren't valued there. The only bright note in the whole experience was Barry Bacon, who was very pleasant and helpful- I am not tagging him in the employees below because the bad experience was all on Jon. Not sure if the experience difference is between their Mazda and Buick stores but I won't patronize them in the future. More
