In this case, a full refund of the charges for doing the work was asked for without the benefit of us being able to inspect the car again and see if it was, indeed, something we did incorrectly. We believe it is reasonable to be able to inspect the vehicle again if it is implied or stated that we did not fix it correctly before any refunds are issued.
