I researched the service departments of dealerships and found Jim Ellis the best that's why I purchased my 2015 Buick LaCrosse today 5th car I have purchased from this organization. I purchased 1988 Olds, 1997 Olds and 2004 Buick from the same salesman Mike Sellers, but he has since passed away. This is my 7th car purchased and it went so smoothly I was amazed. My Salesman was Jim Banks who was terrific and not pushy. He let me take my time. I had many questions and he answered them all. We took a test drive twice to make sure I was happy. Tom Culp is the manager that approved the finances and was very nice and to the point. Jasmine Kennedy was the Finance Manager and she was very nice and explained the financial part of the sale to be finalized. This was absolutely the easiest and stress free purchase of a car for me. Over and beyond Traveling from Chicago over 4th of July weekend and check in light came on in the mountains. Went in first thing in the morning with no appointment. Vincent told me that due to the holiday weekend they were a short staffed and booked solid. Explained that it would probably be Monday before the could get to me, but he would do his best to work me in if at all possible. No promises! Under the circumstances I accept. Vincent ordere me a shuttle back to my hotel and told me he would let me know something around noon, and he would also make a reservation for me at enterprise rent a car just in case. Well to my surprise around 11:45 Vincent as promised called me with some great news. Cathey were able to get me in and I would be done shortly after lunch. These gentlemen were awesome from first interaction all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone. More importantly I was quoted on the phone a price of $230, when I went in to pick up my vehicle I was charged $290. It was only when I made it known that I was not happy about this that they gave me a "special discount" to get the price down to $250, still not what I was quoted. More
