Worst experience ever I I have a 2004 Buick LeSabre that I have always serviced and repaired at Jim Ellis, with no complaints. Thursday I came in with appointment fo I I have a 2004 Buick LeSabre that I have always serviced and repaired at Jim Ellis, with no complaints. Thursday I came in with appointment for oil change and AC fan wasn’t working. I was told to wait and I would be advised. 6 hours later I inquired. My service advisor didn’t know I was there. 2 hours later I was told I needed new AC motor and was given a loaner car. When I picked up my car, the AC fan still wasn’t working. I’m back today on Tuesday. More
