Jim Ellis automotive has been my go to dealership for several years now so this complaint has mostly to do with the design of a minor convenience that costs over $1,000 to repair. (Tire pressure sensors bad) This is not right, and I am certainly disappointed that I now have to put up with a constant alert on my GMC that has only 37xxx miles. This dealership has lost its class. They pray on women and overcharged them for services.. for instance I just paid almost $1600 to repair my AC which I said it was a leaking sensor. My service came with a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, however, I did not receive a tire rotation. How you ask? Well, my rim that is different from the other rims is still located in the same lo rotation, however, I did not receive a tire rotation. How you ask? If a customer is paying almost $160 for a service, please don’t mislead them and not fulfill the service. Customer service was nice and friendly as he always is (the reason for the stars). More
