I am disappointed with the dealership for the post sale service. The dealership had sold me a vehicle which had fines that were violations from the previous owner, and they had registered this into my na service. The dealership had sold me a vehicle which had fines that were violations from the previous owner, and they had registered this into my name. When I called them to support me, they did not respond and left me to sort this out. I don’t know if this is the norm for dealerships in the US, but I just relocated from SA and feel this is really bad service for which is a real disappointment to me. More

Bait and Switch - Prices listed on their website is just a ploy to get people to show up. They listed Terrains for approx $37K on the website, when I showed up the next day Blake the salesperson said they a ploy to get people to show up. They listed Terrains for approx $37K on the website, when I showed up the next day Blake the salesperson said they didn't have any left at that price only ones that were now $45K. Checked with their internet sales person, who told me they did have those available at $37K, and got an email the next day once again saying they had them for $37K. The internet person also said they weren't sure why blake was claiming there weren't any. Only reason is he wanted a bigger commission, unfortunately for him he got $0 vs what I gave to the Ford Dealerships where I bought an Edge. Would not even go here again. More

I frequent this location so overall I’m satisfied but my most recent experience was not the best. We have an older vehicle that required some repairs and unfortunately the vehicle came in performing better most recent experience was not the best. We have an older vehicle that required some repairs and unfortunately the vehicle came in performing better than when I left. We got motor mounts replaced that were supposed to absorb the shock but the car vibrates and never did before. The mechanic and advisor blamed it on the age of the vehicle. If I would have known the outcome, I would have chosen a different path. Although the outcome was not desirable, my service advisor was responsive and respectful during the process. More
