Sales people were fine, meeting with finance person was not. Was sent to Cadillac dealership for payment. Sat for over an hour before finally texting Juan to see if I had been forgotten. I came in to get my windshield wiper replaced, and the service was excellent! They were able to take care of it quickly and even provided me with a ride back to work while my car was being worked on.
