My wife and I for a thermostat replacement we were nicked and dimed for everything. This car is a 2018 Arcadia denali there has been several major problems since we had it. I feel that this car is a lemon l and dimed for everything. This car is a 2018 Arcadia denali there has been several major problems since we had it. I feel that this car is a lemon l was very disappointed with this car and the service at this dealership. I feel like were given the runaround from the start. Service Department customer service communication is very bad. Pick my truck up yesterday after being service for coolant line R/R the line’s leak and truck ran hot and died. My engine light came on and my diagnostics said an emissions problem was detected. This was 2 days before I was to leave on a trip. Ted got me in the next day and the problem was fixed in two hours an emissions problem was detected. This was 2 days before I was to leave on a trip.
