I am so disappointed in Jim Ellis. I have bought quite a few vehicles from them through the years. I recently went to order a new GMC Sierra Denali from them. I expected to pay stic I have bought quite a few vehicles from them through the years. I recently went to order a new GMC Sierra Denali from them. I expected to pay sticker price because of the times we are in. When they brought over the sales order there were three charges on it that I wouldn't ever buy (window tinting, All state 3M and protection and Clear shield package). It totaled $3039. When I asked for that to be removed they told me it was mandatory charges for every new vehicle purchase and could not be removed. I own my own business and certainly do not force my customers to buy needless products that they wouldn't want. I don't appreciate being cheated or price gouged. I called Woody Folsom and ordered my truck with no issues and no added charges. I would encourage anyone as a consumer not to support businesses cush as this that unnecessarily overcharge their customers by thousands of dollars unnecessarily. It's just bad business. Shame on you Jim Ellis! I will never step foot on any of their sales lots again and am moving my service work to another dealership. I will always tell anyone I know looking for a car to avoid Jim Ellis because of their bad business practices. More
Actually called me a couple of times to let me know what was going on. Prompt, courteous and and total pros. Took my car to AAA three times and the issue was never fixed. I put it in Buick GMC and they fou was going on. Prompt, courteous and and total pros. Took my car to AAA three times and the issue was never fixed. I put it in Buick GMC and they found and fixed the problem in one day. If I ever have an issue again the car is going to these folks. It seemed a little expensive, but compared to what I paid AAA to not fix the problem the price is bargain. More
