I recently moved from Northern VA to Atlanta, GA and I always got my GMC Terrain serviced at the dealership. My experience at Jim Ellis was top notch. They got my truck in, shuttled me to work, kept me up always got my GMC Terrain serviced at the dealership. My experience at Jim Ellis was top notch. They got my truck in, shuttled me to work, kept me updated on all things found, and shuttled me back to the dealership after work and I was all set. Excellent work team! Additionally, my service warranty lapses during my move and I contacted theJim Ellis to get a new one and within 24 hours I received a call and walked through the whole process and didn’t even have to come in-person to complete the paperwork as we did it online and scanned back with signatures.
