My back seat was wet over a month before I could get service. The service manager assured me the wet back seat would be completely cleaned dry or replaced what was needed. The leak appears to be repaired. Not sure which service manager made the promise. I am very disappointed and was told I would receive a call to bring my truck back to get it detailed. I did what I could to dry the foam behind the seat. hope it does mildew or mold. the truck was kept 4 days. Very very very disappointed. More

disappointed/poor communication Told car would be ready around 12.. No call for any update. Came by dealership at 3:45. While waiting, saw my vehicle pull up waited for another 20 minutes went into service area to see what going on. Said they were going to come out and get me. BS just sitting around talking. Great Team Effort and Result Pulled in with 90 minutes notice, on a rainy Monday (full moon). After covering another dealer (sold product), I drove X-town, now 65 miles from my ho Pulled in with 90 minutes notice, on a rainy Monday (full moon). After covering another dealer (sold product), I drove X-town, now 65 miles from my house. I had this car on my radar (a '16 Buick Verano Sport Touring) listed @ 13.6K, 32K, and slowly dropping the last few days. I was firmly greeted by Ron Durham, sales pro, who promptly retrieved the vehicle for the test(y) drive. At first glance, I noticed a glaring discrepancy. The internet listing had classified this car as "certified pre-owned". The window sticker was clearly "as is, no warranty." (not uncommon for a used car). I made that known, and we proceeded with the test, which went very well. The Jim Ellis team, upon our return, went to work to verify the cars sales classification. The Ellis team had me in and out in under 4 hours. The end result of their work, is a very happy Buick owner, and surely a return customer. Hats off to Ron Durham, Jim Ellis, and the team, for an outstanding car buying experience. I shall not hesitate to purchase our next vehicle from Jim Ellis. P.S. - my wife loves her car.
