The service technicians were very professional, unfortunately I have taken my car there twice for the same issue. Both times my check engine light was on, but do to the 24-48 hours diagnostic time unfortunately I have taken my car there twice for the same issue. Both times my check engine light was on, but do to the 24-48 hours diagnostic time frame, the light was off the second time when it was time to service my vehicle. The service tech sent a video showing that everything is fine with the vehicle., which I know isn't the case. The video that I sent to the service department showed exactly what the issue is. The orange light and the red M light on the gear shift were blinking, along with the car accelerating slow, and not surpassing 50 mph.which is a transmission issue. I understand the vehicle has to be experiencing the issue when the diagnostics is done, but I live an hour away from the dealership. To top things off, my drivers side rear rim is scratched from what looks like curb damage from the test drive. I didn't report it to the dealer because it wasn't notice until two days after. More

For new GMC truck made me pay for oil change that was covered for first 20k miles. Told them it was covered and still made me pay the $210 to get my truck back without researching it. After I received; my Truck from a small repair auto shop, that would had clean every red penny from my pockets; I called Jim Ellis GMC and Cadillac on Peachtree Rd. hoping for sale on new SUV, in the beginni that would had clean every red penny from my pockets; I called Jim Ellis GMC and Cadillac on Peachtree Rd. hoping for sale on new SUV, in the beginning of March 2025. There's a young man there; who has kept my vehicle safe and stayed in communications with me, after listening close to my situation til this day; for again I'm a 100% SC Veteran, who has been out of transportation since I check-in my truck; at the truck clinic. Vet, N much need; somebody please help, monthly IC- $7,300.00 so I can continue 2 WHEEL. More
